We stayed in the Avatar Cave. So clean! It smelled clean and fresh. The towels are plush and of top quality. The heating and air worked very well! We remained comfortable and cozy.
The service is top notch! A great system in place for receiving clean towels & linens.
The cave is beautiful and romantic with a cozy and comfortable feel. The small lights above the bed is a nice touch.
The bathroom is clean and beautiful! A very large tiled shower. The jacuzzi tub for 2 is heavenly!

We looooove this place! Married on 2-22-22 at the chapel. We stayed in the Magical Castle which was amazing! The pictures from our wedding was absolutely beautiful. You can’t even tell it was only 22 degrees outside lol. We had to cut our stay short due to inclement weather. We will definitely be back! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. The scenery is breathtaking and we would love to see more of Eureka Springs next visit! I recommend this place :- )

This place is amazing! Our treehouse was super cute, unique and clean! I took my boyfriend for a romantic birthday getaway, so naturally I also got the birthday package. They decorated our room and left a lovely card and even chilled the champagne. There was also a delicious chocolate birthday cake. We can’t wait to go back and check out the castles and hobbit caves.

Website does not do this place justice. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. Great layout and well equipped kitchenette. Can't wait to come back here!

We stayed in the treehouse and were so pleased when we opened the door. There was Christmas music playing, tree lights on and it was very warm and welcoming. Everything we needed was there. We enjoyed the jetted tub, the fireplace, the deck, the snacks and hand written thank you note. This really had the extra touches and was so different than an impersonal hotel room. I loved that the tree houses were far enough apart for privacy. We totally loved it and would definitely stay there again.

This place is incredible! It’s even better than the pictures. Every couple needs to experience this. Brought my wife here for our 4 year anniversary. Far exceeded expectations. We stayed in one of the hobbits. Even got a personal note from the owners. Anniversary package was definitely worth it as well. When we first arrived we looked out on the back patio and there was a deer not even 5 ft away. Tremendous scenery. Will definitely recommend to everyone we know!

This place was so nice to stay at! My husband and I stayed at 2 different places in Eureka and this was by far the coolest and nicest place. We will for sure be returning!

We had a wonderful experience while staying at the magical castle. It truly was magical! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They even let us check in a few hours early. The room was very clean. And the small touches added to the room were wonderful! Each day we were finding another hidden gem. Highly recommend! We will definitely be coming back!

This is our 2nd time staying here, the first time we stayed in a treehouse this time we stayed in a treehouse castle. Both experiences have been so fun and so cool! This castle is definitely our favorite so far, but we plan on coming back sometime and staying in one of the Hobbit Holes (I'm a huge LotR fan. ) It's such a cool and one of a kind place, definitely one I highly suggest.

My boyfriend and I had a three night stay in the Kauai Grotto. It was amazing! It was the perfect hideaway from the summer heat. It's gorgeous, very unique and feels like your hidden away in the mountains. Their hospitality is great too. I didn't get any packages but they hung a "Happy Anniversary" streamer over the jacuzzi and we had a little snack basket waiting for us in the room. We will definitely be back to try the other rooms!

We stayed here in a hobbit cave for 3 nights to celebrate our 30th Anniversary. It is so private (couples only ) and quiet.....seems like a magical place! This is not our 1st visit, and I know it will not be our last! Thank you for the wonderful time and memories!

Celebrated our 34th wedding anniversary here....very unique experience. We had booked a treehouse for two nights....had no idea they had castles, Hobbit caves and and neat little cabins in an area called Hogsveil. We enjoyed it so much we decided to try to extend our stay an additional night. While our unit was not available they accommodated us by allowing us to move to another one in Hogsveil. It was just as unique as the treehouse. Really cool little secret passage into the bedroom. Their custom decorations in each are. simply amazing. Had a great time and highly recommend trying it. We will go back!!!

This place is such a wonderful and beautiful escape. We stayed in one of the Grotto Hobbit Caves for our 8 year anniversary and it looked exactly like the pictures. When we entered our cave for the first time we turned around the corner to hear soft music playing and there were wine two glasses and a spa basket sitting by the jetted tub. They put a little note out telling us our cake was in the fridge and above the tub was a "Happy Anniversary" sign. We loved that jetted that for 2! They provided us a basket of snacks and I appreciated how clean the place was. Our anniversary cake was in the fridge as promised and it was delicious! We enjoyed this place so much we spontaneously added on an extra night. We will definitely be back. Eureka Springs is a lovely getaway and I would recommend lodging here. It was peaceful and quiet too with a gated key entry. We will return and next time we will be staying at the castle!

We stayed in a Treehouse room for 2 nights and had a great time! Our room included a king size bed, jacuzzi tub, kitchenette and a deck facing into the forest. There was also a tree in the middle of the room with lights on it. These are not your typical hotel rooms but something you should experience at least once.

We were on our Honeymoon. It was very private place, no noise, very clean and had very comfortable beds. I didnt want to leave. I would recommend this to all my friends. Very romantic and we are already planning coming back next year!!!!!

The Eureka Springs Treehouses were amazing! The treehouse was clean and well stocked. We loved that it was close enough to the town to provide fast access, but further away from the road than other properties, so there was zero road noise or noise from other businesses. We're already planning to come back and stay in the Hobbit holes next time

Easily one of the top romantic getaways my wife and I have been blessed to have visited. Now I can see why this place stays booked months out. I booked the castle four months early for my wife's 50th birthday. Elaine and Don have thought of everything. The personal thank you card and birthday wish upon arrival was a real nice touch. There's just too much to put in writing. Already planning our next trip. Book early. You won't be disappointed.

My Fiancée and I came down to celebrate her 30th birthday and have a relaxing weekend getaway, and the treehouse was the perfect place for us. The accommodations are clean, spacious, cozy and exactly what you need for a romantic weekend. The back porch is nice and relaxing and the area is very secure. The location is perfect for a short drive (~5 mins ) into historic downtown, but also far enough away that you have your own space and peace and quiet. We can't say enough good things about the property and will certainly stay here again when we make it back to Eureka Springs. Do yourself a favor and stay here!

We had a great visit to Eureka Springs and stayed in a treehouse cabin. The cabin was spacious and so calm and relaxing. We had a beautiful view from our back deck.
All the woodsy elements and the twinkle lights felt special. The cabin was also really clean and it was handy to have a fridge and microwave so we could eat a meal in our room if we felt like it. We will plan to visit again for sure. We visited in early April. The red bud trees and dogwoods were blooming profusely in the woods. Really fun vacation!

We stayed 3 nights at the Sequoia treehouse. Super easy remote check in, great instructions to everything in the treehouse. Clean and quiet. Nice fireplace and movie selection with easy access to Eureka Springs sightseeing. The pictures and owner's description of the amenities are true.

Stayed three nights for our Anniversary, everything was so nice. Re newed our vows, very organized and very detailed. Wonderful place to stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants a romantic getaway.

Very pleasantly surprised! The tree house was amazing very romantic and cozy. Loved the jacuzzi and the Loveseat area with fireplace. The view off the back deck was so relaxing while we sat on the deck early in the morning and drank coffee. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a romantic getaway at a reasonable price. We will definitely be back!!

We had a wonderful visit. Place was quiet and well taken care of. We visited during COVID times and there were protocols put in place. Tree house looked into the woods and was very relaxing. We felt very welcomed when we first arrived even without seeing any staff, because of the precautions that were in place. Thank you for a great visit.

Everything was perfect, the organized and mapped check in was so easy. The grounds are well organized and easy to get around, not to mention immaculate. The cave was spotless and more than we imagined, the pictures don’t do it justice. It seems so remote but it’s not far from restaurants and shopping.

They had a sweet personalized note and gift basket waiting for us. In the check in package, there was a riddle for us to find the hidden door - this was a very cool touch. Once you walk in, it feels like your castle is in the magical forest by itself. The outdoor deck was big and had a privacy fence on both sides. To look out at the trees was very peaceful and gorgeous this time of year. The hidden door was my favorite part. It led to a nice rainfall shower and then up the stairs to an awesome jacuzzi tub for two. This had a fireplace and tv and two large windows to look out into the woods. It was very nice. When we booked, we were offered a free walking tour of down town which was cool. We also received a wooden Christmas ornament for attending - provided by the Treehouses. First, I appreciated the cabins being behind gates with limited access from the public & being offset from the main road. We did not hear any traffic or noise from neighboring hotels. The owners/staff took extra to keep us feeling safe during these times with their reassurance of cleanliness & precautions. The treehouses were adorable & the perfect size for our weekend getaway. We loved everything about it!! Privacy deck, amazing environment, attention to detail & making us feel welcome & comfortable!! We will definitely be back for another stay!!

I booked a Tree House for our 20th Anniversary. I had many questions and concerns. Between Kristan, Angela and Tammy they ALL were extremely helpful. I know I can be a bit of a pain and high maintenance but it was a special occasion! The room and setting couldn’t have been any more romantic or beautiful. Absolutely an amazing experience! To top it off, we even had a personalized Thank You card waiting on the kitchen table for us! Talk about adding a special touch! This is a MUST if you’re looking for a special occasion!

This place was so absolutely amazing We stayed for our honeymoon and were thoroughly impressed. There was a CONGRATULATIONS sign hung above our bed and everything was pristine and clean. Finding the place was a fun little adventure Our first morning there, we woke up deer in front of our castle!!! It was genuinely amazing, and we will definitely be back, it made such a great impression on us. These owners care about what they do and it shows

We stayed in one of the castles the first 3 days of August. It was fantastic. I added the Birthday package for my wife's birthday. I'm not really a chocolate cake lover but the one that was in the refrigerator for us was by far the best I've ever had. The jacuzzi tub was fun and relaxing. We sat out on the balcony every morning and evening and to our surprise we never saw a mosquito. The temperature never got over 80 degrees. Next time we're considering one of the caves. And there will be another time.

We stayed in the KuaiGrotto for three nights. We never saw a single person. The room was very creative and solid and clean it felt like a cave except for the window to the back patio area which we didn't use because it was so hot and we stayed busy during the day. Loved it! Ah and the shower was amazing with the side jets and rainshower head. The jacuzzi was also perfect for relaxing.

Made my 21 anniversary a time I will never forget even had the second room i wanted ready hours early...they really went above and beyond my expectations....dont cheat yourself out of a awesome experience if your going to eureka springs book one of their gorgeous themed rooms...i will definitely go back

As an anniversary/birthday retreat... my wife and I commuted by to the scenic town/city of Eureka Springs, Arkansas. We stayed at the Eureka Springs Treehouses in a Hobbit Cave room. The experience was everything that we hoped for and more! The environment was quiet, relaxing, scenic... and picturesque.

It felt as if we were in a "living post card"... from the; warm-friendly greeting during check-in, to the accommodations, to the "quaint" shopping areas, restaurants and activities, which provided us with a memorable get away from the "big city" and a red carpet to the Ozarks and the "great outdoors".

Candice and Elves, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay… and plan to come back to visit again.

My wife and I stayed in one of the Hobbit Cave units. This was one of the best travel experiences we have had together. The unit was very romantic and the owners acknowledged our anniversary and helped make our stay special. We will definitely be staying here again!

Me and my husband stayed Feb 17th-Feb 19th in the Central park Treehouse. We didn't pay for any extra package or anything we just paid to stay there. When we got there we were so taken by surprise by what the staff had done. They had a Happy Anniversary banner hanging above the juccuzi and a basket of snacks and some chocolates with a sweet card that was thanking us for chosing to stay there for our Anniversary. It was just a lovely gesture and we didn't expect it. Definitely made us happy. The Treehouse is Beautiful! It was very spacious and very clean. They have lots of big nice towels and comfortable bed. They had great selection of DVDs and games, puzzles, cards. Anything and everything you need. We didn't leave our room the first day at all. We watched the movies they provided and just enjoyed the peace and quiet. It was truly a Beautiful Place and will definitely go back.

Wife and I stayed in one of the caves for our anniversary. It was just what we were looking for. Seemed like we were a million miles from every day Life, but were five minutes from downtown. Really enjoyed the huge shower and the jacuzzi for two. The fireplace and private porch were icing on the cake. The owners also left is a welcome basket and had a happy anniversary sign hanging above the jacuzzi. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

This place is just amazing! Took their Free Walking Tour of Downtown which was so fun and entertaining. Our Elf Dennis was a great tour guide and even though we have been to Eureka Springs many times we didn't know all the colorful history of the town. They even had a little surprise for us at the end of the tour! We have stayed at many other places in town over the years, but none even come close to this place. So do yourself a favor and stay at the best place in Eureka Springs.

We stayed for our 30th anniversary in November. We stayed in a castle. It was everything they promised and more. We walked in to the fireplace being on, with the Christmas tree as the only light in the room and soft Christmas music playing. It was magical. Exactly what we needed to recharge and relax. We were offered a free tour of Eureka Springs. The tour guide really loves his town and was incredibly knowledgeable. The treehouse itself was exactly as pictured and the area was very quiet. Without the cars in the parking lot you would never know anyone else was close by. As we were leaving, we were talking about our next trip to Eureka Springs and which Treehouse would we pick next time.

We were blown away by this cave! We stayed here back in February in the Paris Treehouse, and LOVED it, so we knew we would back soon. This is definitely our favorite little getaway. We have loved every minute of our trip, and we just wanted to say thank you! Thank you for making these getaways so special and beautiful. You all have really done an amazing job by being so welcoming. Again, we will be back soon.

Our stay here was the highlight of our week long celebration. We stayed in the Central Park treehouse and it was so nice. We requested the anniversary package and were greeted with festive decorations, an anniversary cake, and a bottle of champagne with souvenir flutes. There were other little surprises like a basket of snacks as well as a basket of bath accessories to use in the hot tub. The décor was just great. We enjoyed the private deck that looked out over the woods. We also appreciated the private quiet setting with a gated entrance. We will definitely return here in the future!

We booked one of the "Magic Castles" for our anniversary. My husband was concerned it would be a bit "cheesy" (didn't mention this until we were there), but was seriously impressed. We didn't pay for an additional anniversary "package," but our suite had an anniversary banner over the bed, a snack basket and a hand-written thank you card (with more than one sentence!). The layout was tasteful, unique and awesome - complete with two fireplaces, a full size coffee pot, microwave and frig. We enjoyed all of it and will return as soon as we can!

My husband and I went on a little mini-moon to Eureka Springs and stayed in the Paris Treehouse. We loved it! The castles and hobbit caves seemed very neat too! What a fun place to stay! We will definitely be back!

From check in at the office till driving out of the security gate, everything about this place was magical!

We stayed in a Treehouse, 4D, the Venezian. The deck suspended halfway up the forest was beautiful. Kitchenette amenities wonderful, including dishes. Jetted tub in the room. Fireplace. Air conditioning.

When the lights were out, as I lay in bed looking up, I could see the black-on-black silhouette of the tree in the middle of this cabin. Fantastic. Before lights out, were the magical twinkle lights wrapped around tree branches.

We stayed in the Big Sur Treehouse and it was great. The property is gated and adults only. It is also very motorcycle friendly. We really enjoyed our stay the property is quite and very well maintained. I would recommend it to everyone. As a matter of fact we have recomme

Unbelievable cave settings, winding stairs down into the cave. Nice touches of rock walls and windows that overlook a nice wooded valley. Definitely WAY better than any standard hotel in the area. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an experience, not a hotel!

A-MAZING!! My boyfriend and I stayed in Venice and thoroughly enjoyed every single second of our stay! The staff was incredible, the 'romance' package was well worth the extra expense! We can't wait to return! Definitely a MUST for any couple needing a little get-away!

For our 18th Anniversary we stayed in the Ultimate Hobbit Cave on 8/25-8/30. Everything was wonderful from checking in to checking out. To have your room cleaned you put a sign on a hook outside of the door. I placed the card in the wrong place and my room wasn’t cleaned. I called and explained I placed it in the wrong place but all I really needed was a new set of towels. They brought me the towels and offered to take my trash or whatever else I needed. I told them everything was fine. About an hour later someone knocked on the door with a jacuzzi basket of nice bath items and said they wanted us to have it due to the room not being cleaned. WOW it was my fault they didn’t see the sign and they give me a gift?!?!?! Now that’s impressive!! I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to get away to relax and recharge!!

I saw an ad on Facebook with these really unique treehouses and decided I had to check them out. We selected the castle treehouse. Check in was simple, and the location of the treehouses was really nice and secluded. Perfect for a couples get-away! It was even gated, so it felt like a nice, quiet, safe environment for a relaxing 3 night stay.

Arriving in front of the castle treehouse felt pretty magical. My husband and I was exicted to go inside. I think we both felt a little like kids again : )! Stepping in through the door, we were really impressed. The size was great. It had high ceilings, a cute kitchen with microwave and decent sized frig. Cool deck for relaxing. The best part... a secret passage.... that leads you upstairs to your 2 person Jacuzzi tub with T.V. mounted above the nice gas fireplace. I'm so glad we got to experience this place. Price is comparable to mid-range hotels but you get the extra seclusion without disruptions for other guests. We brought in breakfast items and enjoyed extra time in the castle during our stay. We enjoyed relaxing in our very own castle! Also, each location had a numbered parking spot near its designated treehouse, so you never had to worry about parking to far away.

Thanks to Eureka Springs Treehouses for your accommodations! We didn't want to leave : ) One day, we hope to make it back and try one of the hobbit or grotto caves. I would have looked to walk in to see one! They looked cool as well.

What a beautiful place! The staff was great .We stayed in the Central Park treehouse and was not disappointed. The jacuzzi was wonderful and relaxing. The room was super clean and beautiful. The view from the deck was my favorite place to sit and look at the trees. We meet a squirrel friend there and he would visit often( he liked the peanuts) I named him Pete 😁 We can't wait until we can stay again!!

We started in the castle treehouse on a spontaneous little getaway for that night. It is such a neat experience. All the details of this place is very well thought out and make the most out of each place. I loved the personal note we were left by the staff. I can't wait to come back and try the other themed treehouses and cabins. This place could not be placed in a more befitting location as Eureka Springs. You are close to everything. Do yourself a favor and book yourself a night or two here.

We just stayed 4 nights in the Ultimate Venice Treehouse for our honeymoon/anniversary! Our experience was nothing less than phenomenal! The service and staff was extremely nice and welcoming! The personal details to fit our stay made us feel at home away from home. We are already working on planning another stay for next year! Everything was beyond perfect! We stayed here for 4 nights for our honeymoon. It was such a beautiful place to stay and was very peaceful and romantic. The housekeeping was excellent and even washed our dishes when we used them.We got the honeymoon package and this was so nice to do on our last evening at the treehouse. My husband and I were very happy with everything and are very excited to go back next year and stay in one of the castles or underground areas.They made our honeymoon very special and I would reccomend this to anyone looking for a peaceful quiet and romantic area to spend a honeymoon , anniversary or just weekend away with the one you love. This was an awesome unique experience while my wife and I visited Eureka Springs. We stayed in one of the “Hobbit Caves” which was nicely themed, very clean, comfortable, and accommodating. When we visit again, we plan to stay here again and try out one of the other themed units. I highly recommend.

This place was amazing. We spent our 23rd Anniversary here and stayed in the hobbit cave. The inside was so awesome and cozy. We loved the spa tub and that relaxing shower. The music was perfect in that setting and never turned it off. We also loved the anniversary surprise and that beautiful and tasty cake. I would give more stars if possible. Everyone was incredibly nice and the town was fun and funky. We plan on coming back many times.

Adjectives cannot describe the wonderful treatment, the outstanding decor, the magnificent peace and solitude of the Eureka Springs Treehouses. From the minute we walked into the office, everything was perfect. Even to the point of having a handwritten personalized letter thanking us for spending our anniversary there. Quiet and off the beaten path, this place is an oasis for rejuvenation of spirit and body. My utmost, total, complete recommendation. You WONT be disappointed.

Just checked in to cave 29, and the place is stunning! Secluded, private, yet very near to the rest of town. Staff have been very helpful and cheerful so far. Would rate higher if I could!

My fiancee & I had reserved our treehouse for our honeymoon. We ended up postponing the wedding but eloped while in Eureka today! I am so grateful that we decided to utilize our reservations! You would never know that these were so close to civilization...the silence was such a breath of fresh air! We ate breakfast & dinner on our deck & I was sure to have my morning coffee out there as well (this morning I had the privilege of sharing my coffee with a funny little squirrel). I would recommend you take the chance to visit anytime you can. It is a little slice of heaven nestled within a bustling world. We look forward to trying out a castle next year for our anniversary!!!

Absolutely outstanding. My (now) wife and I had been dating for 7 years and decided we wanted to elope. We could not have picked a better place. The provided photographer was excellent and took way more photos than I expected. The tree house was so cozy we didn't want to leave. House cleaning service was top notch. Coffee on the balcony is a must. 100% would recommend to anyone. We will be back for our anniversary in the future.

This place is amazing. It is so quiet, beautiful, peaceful. It is worth every penny. My husband and I needed to get away and a friend of ours suggested here. I'm so glad he did. If you need some real rest...this is the place. We had a Hobbit Cave and it was so fun. We went downtown and walked around. We went to Onyx Cave and the Wildlife Refuge. We went back to our room early each day so we could enjoy the jacuzzi while eating ice cream (from the local grocery store) and watching movies. The room was very clean and I'm picky about my bathrooms so that means a lot. We had a gift basket with snacks and a thank you card upon arriving in the room. Nice little touches. We slept wonderfully as it was soooo quiet. We will definitely be returning here. AMAZING!!

This was a great place for an anniversary. It is quiet, private, and romantic. Several choices of themes. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Easy checkout.

My hubby & I rented a hobbit cave back in 2016 for our anniversary/my birthday. It was very nice ,clean,and relaxing. I highly recommend . They even had us a "Happy Anniversary " sign and a snack basket waiting when we arrived. They went above and beyond.

I have been wanting to go here for years. Thankfully, I was able to earlier this week! We stayed in 1 of the Sante Fe Sunset Treehouse Cabins. It was very nice and I'd definitely stay again! Cabin has nice back porch, tree in room, hot tub in room, as well as, shower in bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, etc. Staff is very friendly & accommodating. I wasn't expecting the wildlife, but it was a bonus! 💜

Stayed two days though for a girl from th city not much I enjoyed but lodge by itself was so worth it. It was lovely everything lord of the rings cant wait to come back again. It's so much fun and literally just beautiful

This was our first visit to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary and it absolutely did not disappoint! I surprised my husband with the Anniversary package and he loved it! The treehouse we stayed in was decorated just the way they mentioned it might be and we enjoyed our cake each evening we were there! We arrived a couple hours early and to our surpise we were able to check in early since our treehouse was ready. We cannot wait to go back! We stayed in the one of the treehouses (#5). Everything was PERFECT. Upon checking in, we found a lovely hand written note thanking us for choosing them to stay there and hoping we have a wonderful time (nice touch!). We loved our stay, and are planning on going back to stay in one of the caves at some point. The view from the decks are amazing, it is quiet, secluded, adult-only atmosphere and we loved every minute of it! I would recommend highly!

We stayed in a treehouse here for our honeymoon. Absolutely amazing and beautiful. We were welcomed to our treehouse with music in the background, and a gift basket of snacks and a personalized card, as well as a congratulations banner. No pets, no kids, all couples. We had an amazing time and definitely got our money’s worth. The treehouses are behind a gate you can only get in if you stay there. The staff at Eureka Springs Treehouses know how to make an incredible experience. We will definitely be coming back. Such a wonderful stay for our honeymoon.

Stayed in one of the Hobbit caves that my wonderful wife arranged for my birthday. It was a great place... the fireplace, jacuzzi tub, with a tv, and large shower all made for a great time. In addition, rose petals, champagne and a cake, large enough to feed 8 people, couldn't of been better. Will definitely be back to try one of the other theme treehouses. We stayed in the Enchanted Forest Cavern for our honeymoon and were absolutely blown away by it! The cavern is beautiful and well maintained, the staff was friendly, and we couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more!

I stayed in the Big Sur tree house this past weekend and it was absolutely wonderful! From the goody gift basket upon arrival, to the jacuzzi and fireplace after dinner and the quiet of the deck with my morning coffee, my entire stay was relaxing and fabulous! The morning of my departure date, I booked my next stay.

This place is amazing!!! Utterly breath taking. We are here for our honeymoon and I'm so impressed I'm not even waiting until our departure to write our review. The office lady who checked us in was amazing and very informative. Super friendly. We entered our hobbit cave and found a congratulations over the bathtub and a thank you note for choosing them for our honeymoon stay with a basket of goodies. I've stayed many places and some upscale hotels but have never been accommodated like we have here. By far surpassed our expectations. We will for sure be back and probably rave about this for many years to come!!

Amazing is just not a strong enough word to describe this place. the people were so friendly and helpful, the grounds were beautiful and enchanting, and the room .... breathtaking. we stayed in the hobbit cave and I fell in love with everything about it. we celebrated our 17 year anniversary with a renewal ceremony and I was so happy with everything. I am a tuff critic and I just couldn't find anything that wasnt just right.

We absolutely loved our stay here in the Hobbit Cave! The next day we got married at the waterfall chapel, it snowed! It was so beautiful! When we got back to our room we had a candle lit room and tub, rose peddles, wedding cake, and sparlking cider! Definitely will be returning in the future!

We loved our stay! We got the hobbit cave and it was super cute , they gave us snack basket. On the second day we actually got married at the waterfall chapel. It was beautiful and intimate and I wouldn’t change it for anything . There were a ton of photos taken for us which will be cherished forever. When we came back to our room we had rose petals ,candles,champagne , and the cutest little wedding cake. We hope to come back and stay again!

It was soo romantic !! We rented the Venice Cabin and it was as charming as the pictures suggest. They had a card and a snack basket waiting for us. It was so thoughtful. Location was convenient, only like 5 minutes from downtown Eureka springs

This was the perfect venue for our special day! The Central Park treehouse was  comfortalbe, the officiate and photographer took their time with us and we have loved making memories here. Thank you. And your room elves were spectacular!

We stayed at the Treetop cabin March the 8th thru the 10th. It was for my wife's birthday. I got the Romance package and when my wife walked in the door of the cabin she was breathless in was amazing how they put some much time to do the room up like I wanted with the rose petals. And they was really nice. I would recommend if you stay at a cabin in Eureka Springs stay with Eureka Springs Treehouses they are awesome

Amazing place! We got married and stayed in a castle a few days.. romantic and peaceful! Highly Recommended!

Every nook and cranny of our cavern had little personal touches that made our stay feel incredibly comfortable and intimate. Starting with the handwritten card, from our hosts, welcoming us, with a basket of treats. The room was spacious and inviting, and full of wonderment. The details and decorations were stellar, and we couldn't get over how beautiful everything looked.
Our wedding ceremony was quaint and cozy. Exactly what we had hoped for. The chapel, the waterfall, the sign above the entryway, and the officiant, were all perfect. Our photographer was wonderful, and our pictures are amazing.
We came back to our room, after a nice, romantic dinner, to the works! Our room was illuminated by candlelight with rose petals scattered throughout. A gorgeous cake and champagne awaited us, with soft music playing. Our picture disc was ready for viewing, and we spent our wedding night enjoying the jaccuzi tub, eachother's company, and the beauty that surrounded us.
I could not recommend this location enough to anyone who is looking for absolutely pristine perfection, whether it's just a getaway, an anniversary, or the wedding/honeymoon combination stay of your dreams!! We will absolutely be back, many times, in the years to come. Thanks for a magnificent experience, and a magical beginning to the rest of our lives together!

We stayed in a Santa Fe tree house, number 6 to be exact, and it was absolutely amazing!!! we were welcomed with a little gift basket with some snacks and a hand written note from the owners. The tree house was immaculate and beautiful without a flaw. It had a tree from floor to ceiling in the middle of the room with lights strung around the limbs, a warm fireplace, and Jacuzzi tub for 2. This tree house was the best overnight stay I have ever experienced, and I have traveled all over the country and stayed in all kinds of motels, hotels, cabins, ETC.

My girlfriend and I stayed in their Paris Treehouse for two nights and it exceeded any expectations that we could have had. We walked in to the room that was clean, beautiful and provided a warm welcome. There was a gift basket of snacks on the table and music playing in the background. The area is safe and protected by a gate and they provide reserved parking for each treehouse, castle and cave. Upon our arrival, we were given a list of restaurants and a map of their locations. Even being someone who comes to Eureka often, we decided to branch out and go to one they recommended and we were not disappointed. They provided movies, cards, puzzles and other things that we could do together and allowed us to retreat and disregard our phones for the weekend. They went above and beyond to make sure that our stay at the treehouse and in Eureka was amazing. We will definitely be back for another getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay here for my husband's birthday. They added very personal touches and we loved the feel of staying in a fancy cave. Very clean and so relaxing with message shower and jacuzzi. We will be coming back to try other rooms. We have a new go to place. Highly recommend. We're stayed in the Kauai Grotto Cave.

We've been here twice, once we stayed in a treehouse and once we stayed in a cavern. They both were fantastic! Very nice, cozy, and private. Perfect for any romantic occasion!

My Bride and I spent our honeymoon here and it was absolutely amazing! We spent 3 days in one of the "Hobbit Caves" and it was very unique and much needed. They have a variety of cabins to choose from to fit your particular liking or interests. The property is well kept and clean. Our "cave" was cozy and warm when we arrived they had put up a banner "congratulations" congratulating us on our wedding that day. We are definitely looking forward to coming back and checking out one of the "tree houses".

We stayed here in November 2018. Completely forgot to write my review until thinking about planning my trip for next November. My boyfriend and I came here for our 3rd year anniversary. It was amazing. They had Christmas music playing as we enter the room, and a cute little fireplace keeping the room warm and cozy. They also hung a happy anniversary sign above the jacuzzi tub, and a small gift basket with treats and a thank you letter on the table.

The Santa Fe Treehouse was AMAZING! The Treehouse was beautiful and perfect for what we were wanting. We also said our vows there at the Waterfall Chapel. We wanted low key and simple but yet unique for us. We had no stress, no fuss and it was PERFECT! I can not say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay, wedding and they made our time memorable. They even allowed my work team to upgrade our wedding package as a wedding surprise! (the cake was AMAZING!!) I can't wait to come back and stay in the Castle and Hobbit Cave.

This place is amazing, anytime we stay in eureka springs we stay here, from there tree houses to there caves to the castles, each one has its own unique theme and experience, the rooms are always very clean and organized, if you're going to drop the money on a hotel room try this out first.

This place is amazing. We stayed in the magical castle. I surprised my wife with it for her birthday. It was great. We enjoyed our time spent. The only negative I have has nothing to do with the cottage but a warning to others. If it's off season theres not many places to eat or things to do in the town of eureka springs.

Our oldest son got married here. Beautiful and simple settings for the chapel. However the experience of the rooms are uniquely refreshing. Especially if your a scifi enthusiasts.

We celebrated our 50th Anniversary at Eureka Treehouses in January 2019. It was a wonderful experience! The New York City Treehouse was so nice with a lovely view off the back deck. The vow renewal ceremony was very meaningful for us, and we really felt that we had renewed our vows! The photographer provided us with a disc of all the photos she took - a variety of shots that we will enjoy for years to come. Returning back to our cabin, we found ourselves surrounded by candles throughout, and soft romantic music. Champagne and wedding cake, along with a basket of spa products to enjoy in the Jacuzzi made the evening perfect! I highly recommend Eureka Treehouses for celebrations or just a simple quite getaway.

Wanted to treat my wife to a special weekend retreat for our first wedding anniversary and my expectations were far exceeded by the amazing hospitality and personalization of our stay. We were first greeted by a snack basket and a handwritten card congratulating us on our anniversary. Opted for the rose and champagne package and my wife was in tears, in a good way, after we got back from dinner. We were greeted with roses and candles all around the jacuzzi, candles placed around the room with personalized champagne glasses by the sink and champagne chilling in the fridge. We walked into the bedroom with candles lit and rose petals all around and romantic music was playing. My wife said this was the most romantic thing anyone had ever done for her by far and the whole time she was happily in tears.

We were in the #26 cave and it is perfect. Everything from the room, the service, the grounds, and the goody basket with a personalized Thank You Card,

We, spur of the moment, checked to see if they had anything available for a night or two. Luckily we was able to stay in the hobbit cave. It was absolutely amazing! The check in, check out, and booking process was the easiest! The entire place was amazing! No need to even leave!

We had an incredible stay with the eureka springs treehouses. We were married there 11/11/18. The chapel, waterfall, officiant, and photographer were amazing!!! We stayed in one of their hobbit caves; they are so quiet and dark, we slept great. We purchased the romance package for the night of our wedding, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for when we got back that evening. I would highly recommend this place for a small up to 4 guest wedding.

(Had the Paris Treehouse) This place was fantastic! Huge bed, Jacuzzi, fireplace, back deck facing the woods! And then since we were here during mid-december they even had Christmas music already playing inside as well as a Christmas tree set up. We will likely be coming back.

My husband rented the Kauai Grotto for our wedding anniversary. He also got the anniversary package which included champagne, a cake and other goodies. We’ve been having an amazing time! This place is wonderful and we will definitely be back!!

I've stayed here twice and absolutely loved it. The treehouses are my favorite. You're just close enough to town to enjoy everything and just secluded enough to have a nice, quiet vacation.

The castles are fun and relazing. A lot of attention to detail makes for an enjoyable stay. Doesn't hurt that they seem to be in the middle of everything, but maintain a quiet atmosphere. We would definitely come back again.

This is our third time to stay at the Eureka Springs Treehouses!
The first time was a few years ago and we stayed in the Cave. It was such an amazing experience and so cozy! We relaxed by the fireplace and had the best time ! 
The second time was July of 2017 and we stayed in one of the castle treehouses for our 5th wedding anniversary. We decided to celebrate by renewing our wedding vows and they took care of everything. It was so romantic! We went to dinner after the vows and pictures and when we came back to the castle there were rose petals everywhere! The petals were leading up the stairs behind the secret wall and up to the Jacuzzi tub. We had champagne, candlelight, romantic music playing, and a happy anniversary banner hanging over the bed. 
Last week we decided to go just for a relaxing getaway and stayed in the castle again! The fall leaves were beautiful and we enjoyed the view from our private balcony. The Jacuzzi bathtub with the fireplace and television as amazing ! All of the details put into the decoration of the castle is amazing . Every time you check-in there is a special goody basket with a hand written card thanking you for staying. The treehouse cabins are back behind a private gate and you feel like you are lost in time and surrounded by privacy! 
We will definitely be back at least once a year. We tell all of our friends that they have to stay here when in Eureka Springs! 

Went with my wife for her Birthday and stayed Iin the New York tree house. The room was clean, had all the amenities you could ask for and the view and atmosphere were fantastic. Assigned parking was close to the treehouse and it only took minutes to get to historic downtown. Will be back for sure to try out one of the caves :)

I highly recommend the Hobbit Caves! I surprised my husband with an anniversary trip here and he was beyond surprised. They are absolutely beautiful! We can't wait to visit again!



Reserving one of the castles was so easy. I was able to see available dates to aid in my planning. I received very detailed instructions prior to my visit on how to locate the property. The castle was incredible; and perfect for any Potter fan. It's clean, well designed, and private. We even had some DVDs, arrival snacks, and a hand written thank you note waiting for us! I recommend bringing your on beverage and popcorn as there is a small fridge, a microwave, and sink along with a set of dishes. Bonus: the walk in shower is located in a hidden room. It's is incredible... There are side jets and an overhead rain fixture! There is also a Jacuzzi with a lovely, private view of the forest. You also have the same, private view of your personal porch. I would definitely recommend staying here.

My husband and I loved our visit in the Hobbit Cave. We had an anniversary sign and welcome basket waiting for us when we arrived. The place was clean, quiet and a wonderful spot to relax and unwind. It felt like you stepped out of the hustle and bustle. A very cozy and private space. Loved the carved "artwork".

My husband and I travelled to eureka springs this past weekend and stayed at the eureka springs treehouses. This quaint and peaceful treehouse was exactly what our souls were needing. The treehouse was clean, beautiful and so amazing! Beds, couch, fireplace and jacuzzi tub fed our need for rest and relaxation to the fullest extent! It could not have been cuter and we adore it!!! Their attention to detail down to the happy bday sign and welcome snack basket was such a great surprise!! I have been telling everyone I know about this amazing experience!! We stayed for 3 days 2 nights and the price we paid was worth every penny!!! I reccomend eureka springs treehouses to everyone who wants a special experience to be filled with extra special!!! Kudos to the owners and staff for making our weekend the absolute best!!!

We previously stayed in a Hobbit cave and we're married on site, so we decided to celebrate our 5th year of marriage here. We stayed in a tree house this go and LOVED it! We got the ultimate romance package and it was SPECTACULAR! My husband was blown away when we returned to our room and had the whole room romanced up. The staff is phenomenal at answering questions and helping out. Our stay was superb and we didn't want to leave.

This is an A plus facility! I was very impressed with cabins, chapel, wedding support, this well exceeded my hopes for my wedding weekend. The cost was minimal for the service, rooms, facility and staff! I can not recommend enough— anyone planning a wedding weekend look no more! This is a fantastic place! Check-in was a breeze, and staff was very friendly.
Tree house cabin was small, but cozy and inviting. It was also much quieter than a hotel. We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable! Would definitely revisit and recommend to friends!

I cannot express how special this place is. We were married in the chapel and stayed 3 nights in the Santa Fe treehouse. Hands down, this place is magical. We stayed in a "cave". Beautiful, secluded, the morning sun peeping through the trees into our huge windows. The jacuzzi was so relaxing. The king bed was so comfortable and all my extra requests had been delivered (pillows and extra blankets). Eureka is a beautiful town and the Treehouse stay was excellent 😁

My husband and I stayed in a Eureka Springs Treehouse for four days last week, and it was wonderful! Each treehouse has a different theme- ours was Central Park. The treehouses are far enough away from each other for total privacy but close to town for anything you need. I don’t like camping so this was perfect for me to have all the luxuries and still enjoy the peaceful outdoors. The back patio is elevated and looks out directly on the forest. We’ll definitely go back!

Wonderful place, very private. Stayed in one of the caves. It was BBB weekend really didn't notice. Had a beautiful view of the woods. The cave was very clean, with fireplace and a two person heart shaped jacuzzi tub

We spent our 10th wedding anniversary here. Stayed in the Paris Treehouse. Loved it. The bed was beyond comfortable! Upon arrival, we were greeted with soft music playing in the background. wine chilling in the fridge, and a fabulous cake!

We'll definitely come back! This is a must for couples who want to celebrate an anniversary or a romantic getaway!

They are very clean, and it’s tucked away, making it the perfect spot to get away. You’re still close enough to all of the sights, including Basin Park, The Crescent, historic downtown...etc. 
Our tiny ceremony was gorgeous. When we got back to our room, the had rose petals all over, and a small wedding cake, which was quite possibly the best cake we’ve ever had. They gave us a disc of our wedding photos, and we got some keepsake champagne glasses. The service is phenomenal. They really do want you to have the best time. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to take a few days to get away from reality. It’s truly amazing!

Absolutely beautiful and secluded from public. Makes for a peaceful stay

We had a small wedding to attend. They had an adorable little chaple surrounded by tree houses, castles, and Hobbit houses. It was wonderful. The chaple had a waterfall and came with a photographer! The staff was very sweet. The inside of the castle, that the married couple were going to spend their honeymoon in, was a magical experience with trap doors and balconies.

My husband and I just spent our honeymoon in one of the Castle Treehouses!! If I could give ya'll 100 stars I would!! From the card and basket to the amazing view to the tub for two! We will definetely be back!

We love it here! We have stayed in a treehouse and a castle, they are both wonderful. The treehouse has the hot tub on main floor, the castle has it upstairs so depends on your preference. Great location for anniversaries.

I had chosen theirchocolate lovers birthday package and there was a birthday banner over the hot tub, chocolate cake and champagne in the fridge, memento champagne flutes for us to use and keep, and streamers scattered on the foot of the bed and side tables with a cute welcome note. The check-in process was also great. The lady gave me a map of the area and pointed out local restaurants and attractions that they recommended. The back of the map had a list of the restaurants, their hours and what type of food they served. It was a 15/10 experience and my husband keeps asking when we’re going back. My husband and I stayed in a hobbit cave for our anniversary and loved it. There is so much attention to detail- the stone hallway, cave paintings engraved into the walls, floor that gradually slopes down like you’re really walking through a cave, and the hobbit style doorway... it was all so fun. 

The cave felt very private and isolated due to how they have it all arranged and landscaped. 

We have great memories from our stay and hope to come back again soon!

We absolutely loved this place! It's a bit pricey, but well worth it. It's VERY clean. The bed was comfortable. We loved the shower. I actually took pictures so we can remodel ours to something similar. Not only were the accommodations great, the staff and owners were wonderful. Very helpful and welcoming. They left us a little welcome snack package (see photo). We visit Eureka every year for the VW festival. If we didn't have a need little one, we would stay here again.

We spent our 27th Anniversary here. 3 nights of magical memories made in one of the castles. We can not express how great our experience was. A wonderful place to get away and enjoy a peaceful and private stay. Thank you for the extra care in the specials for occasions. The champagne and cake were delicious and the snacks were perfect!! We had a wonderful time and we are already planning to come back! 💕💕

This place blew my expectations out of the water!! The employees were friendly and very accommodating. They even left us treats in our room!! We stayed in the grotto, which seemed a little cheesy - and it was, but also awesome!!! The jacuzzi tub was delicious and I could stay either there or in the shower all day! But we didn't! :) Instead we were able to easily tour the town, with it being right outside or down town. There was even a tram stop right down the street. We will definitely be referring this place to all of our family and friends.

The size of the cabin, the atmosphere, the environment... I cannot say enough good things about this place. If you have the ability or option to stay here --- DO IT. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.

My husband and I planned our wedding getaway at Eureka Springs Treehouses. We had the best time. From check in and the great service to the ease of checkout, everything was perfect. Our room was a treehouse with a beautiful scenery off the balcony. We fed the squirrels from our own balcony!
Our wedding was intimate and special...just the two of us. When we returned to our room, we were welcomed with rose petals, tea candles, champagne and glasses, a wedding cake, and many other special items to make our wedding night romantic.
We will certainly return in the future. Also on site are castle rooms and cavern rooms. Maybe we will try one of those!

We stayed in one of the grottos for a 3 day 2 night trip and it was absolutely the most unique, fun experience weve had in a long time! The room itself was like walking into a cave. It gave the seclusion we desired, yet were just a few blocks from downtown shopping. Highly recommended and cant wait to go back!

Wonderful resort! Perfect couples only resort! Every amenity offered is perfect! They personalize your experience and make sure you have every thing you need for a perfect stay! Priced way under what they could be! Nothing short of absolutely perfect! I would not stay anywhere else! So many options and so much fun!! Beautiful vacation spot. The castle treehouse was a blast!

We went to eureka spring to have a relaxing weekend and we picked to stay in one of the hobbit caves! I didn't think you could have a cave and luxury in the second sentence but this place did exactly That! It was off the main road a bit so it was secluded enough but still close to everything we wanted to do. The bed was so comfortable, the jacuzzie tub was relaxing and romantic. We even watched a deer eat leaves right from our patio. We plan to visit again ax stay in one of the castle greenhouses or in hogveil cottages which are other options in this same resort.

My husband and I stayed in one of these treehouses for our 25th anniversary. We enjoyed ourselves, the stay was pleasant. Room was great. I would recommend this get-away spot to my friends and family. One mistake we made was not making ourselves aware of the hours of many of the shops and restaurants in the town. Many close early, or are not open during the middle of the week. Overall though a great little get away, made even better by our treehouse stay.

Couldnt be happier with our stay. My boyfriend surprised me with one of the treehouses and it was amazing. Great space for the two of us and it was absolutely beautiful. The staff even gave us a map and list of great places and restaurants to go to as well. We definitely would love to stay here again!

Great room, great attention to detail. They provide plenty of accommodations and great service. Each room has plenty of privacy so you can feel like you're in your own world. Checkout time is a little early but I think it's worth every penny.

My wife and I loved this place! We stayed for several days a few weeks ago and it was great. We had the Paris treehouse and loved the lit up tree inside. Cozy and quiet while still being near town. We will be back again!

Unique and peaceful! My husband and I stayed in one of their treehouses and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the room! Adorable and plenty of space! It is very close to everything you want to do in town yet built in a gated, secluded and wooded area. We saw deer under our back patio. There are also castles and grottos you can choose from that we would love to try one day! Children would love this as well! We highly recommend staying here for something out of the ordinary!

My coworker has stayed here multiple times and It sounded so awesome, we had to see for ourselves. We stayed 3 nights in Grotto #25. Amazing cave! I splurged so we had the champagne basket with keepsake glasses + the keepsake coffee mugs with snacks and lots of extras for the jacuzzi. The layout is great. I could do imagine myself moving in and staying there forever. I loved that there is 2 of everything... so cozy and romantic. The shower with overhead and side jets was so nice. The decor was tranquil and calming with the sun rising in the morning, making such a beautiful site. We will definitely return and try a treehouse and a castle!

Enchanted Forest Caverns are amazing. Nice, quiet and beautiful. Beyond my expectations. You won’t be disappointed. Would definitely recommend to anyone! WILL Definitely be coming back again in the fall!

This location is perfect for someone looking to get away from it all but still be within easy access to shopping and the vacation experience. We booked for our anniversary and they have covered all the stops. We had an anniversary cake, bottle of champagne, keepsake glasses, and a basket of bath goodies just waiting for us. We are about a half mile from a lot of good local eateries and shops but from our little Hobbit Hole, I only see the forest and only hear nature. This place is pure and absolute perfection. Book this place. You're welcome.

We discovered this place by accident when we were looking for a place to elope. It was EVERYTHING we wanted. Peaceful, quiet, romantic, intimate and charming. Town was close by for restaurants and bars when you wanted to go out. Interesting nearby sight seeing. Our ceremony was simple and sweet. After dinner we returned to a beautifully decorated room complete with a delicious wedding cake and champagne and rose petals. It was perfect. Highly recommend this place for romantic get aways and those wishing to elope.

We chose the treehouses upon the recommendation of so many friends and family members. Now, we will be the ones raving to everyone we know about this place! Absolutely beautiful room that was very clean and well maintained by housekeeping any time we needed anything. They hung a sign for our anniversary without us asking and left a basket with a card and some goodies inside. The view was lovely and their swing on the balcony is so comfortable. I enjoyed that it was gated so we were quite secluded. We already can’t wait to come back and try a cave.

I’ve stayed here twice - right before Christmas and in the middle of the summer. The cabins are impeccably clean and the staff is uncommonly friendly. I highly recommend coming here!

If you need a romantic get away this is the PERFECT place to go!! Only the people that stay there are able to come back to where the treehouses are! So you don’t have to worry about random people coming around! They only take couples! No kids or pets! If you are on a romantic get a way you don’t need to worry about kids or pets really! They go the extra mile to make your stay the best!!

We absolutely love to stay here. The hobbit cave is a personal favorite! Everything is always so clean and they never fail to make you feel welcomed with personal touches! We will be going back for many years to come!

My wife and I stayed in the Paris treehouse for the week and we loved it! Comfortable, quiet, and cozy while still being 5 minutes away from downtown. Watch out for those squirrels though! They'll sneak up on you looking for snacks!

Great couple's retreat! My wife and I chose 1 of the Treehouses then an Enchanted Forest Cavern on our honeymoon for a total of 4 nights, and both were great. I recommend the Cavern over the tree house simply because it has SO much more character of the 2 lodges (the fridge, shower, and Jacuzzi had more space too).

Be sure to bring down time activities that do not rely on Wi-Fi, because they do not guarantee it, and the signals were really bad at both lodges we stayed at.

Every staff member we encountered was very courteous, friendly, and willing to help us out with the tiniest of requests.

We hope to stay here again in the future!!!

We stayed at The Eureka Treehouses this past week and it was the best stay we’ve ever had! I absolutely do not like staying in hotels/cabins. I almost always find them dirty or gross. NOT THIS PLACE IT WAS SO CLEAN AND NICE. This is the only place I’ve ever stayed and not wore my flip flops in the shower because everything was perfect. We stayed on treehouse number 8 with the anniversary package. We walked in and it was decorated nicely with cake and champagne in the fridge waiting on us. The scenery is beautiful! It’s so quiet and peaceful. Deer just walk up at random times showing no fear. It is perfect! I would highly recommend going here for a stay! We can’t wait to go back!

We had a great time here. We stayed at the castle treehouse and I literally could have stayed there the entire time even though we were anxious to go explore eureka springs. It was so clean and welcoming from the minute we walked in. The staff was super friendly. Loved the location and privacy. The staff made us feel so at home! We felt like royalty. The wedding package was so romantic...we got coffee mugs and champagne glasses as well as candles and rose petals and a cake for our celebration after we got back from dinner. The view was spectacular and the treehouse was quaint. We even got visited by a couple of squirrels every day!

We're spending our first anniversary in a castle. This place is amazing! The attention to detail is incredible. The staff was very friendly and the location is beautiful and peaceful! Haven't left yet, but we've already decided we'll be back! My only wish is that they had a pool!!

The Magical Castle Treehouse was perfect! The owners worked hard on every detail, including a clue leading you to a secret passageway. The jacuzzi and shower= amazing! It was so cute!

Stayed in the magical castle treehouse for our anniversary, and it was hands down the best place I’ve ever stayed for a vacation. The room was beautiful, and they took such care with all the little details from decorating the room to making us feel welcome, like hanging an anniversary banner for us. My wife and I had an amazing three-night honeymoon stay in the Hobbit Cave. Everything was top-notch, from the quick email correspondence to the excellent accommodations to the wonderful staff. I purchased the romance package and everything was set up perfectly. The front deck person was more than helpful in getting us familiar with what Eureka Springs had to offer. Highly recommended! We're already talking about coming back for our anniversary!

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! My husband and I wanted a small stress free wedding/honeymoon and that is exactly what we got here!! We purchased the ultimate wedding package and a three night stay in the enchanted forest cavern and we absolutely loved everything about it!! The room was amazing and all the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Our little wedding and romantic honeymoon was everything we wanted and more...We both highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a simple little romantic wedding or get away!! We plan on returning next year for our first anniversary!!!

This is the nicest, cleanest, quietest and most unique place I've ever stayed in. It's a romantic spot that is child free so you can really enjoy your time there. The only noise is from beautiful wildlife. They go above and beyond to make your stay special with banners and goodie baskets. My hubby and I love this place and are always ready to go back. Anyone looking for a destination wedding that's SUPER affordable with all the extras, you need to check these guys out. We stumbled upon it online and read all the reviews. We thought it was probably too good to be true. Its not! They were AMAZING. Very sweet and accommodating and the resort is beautiful and clean. Our tree house castle was spotless and housekeeping brought fresh towels each day. Since we got married there, our package included the wedding, all the pics on cd, our cake, Champaign and two gift baskets....one with keepsake coffee mugs and snacks and one with spa goodies for the Jacuzzi that was FULL of stuff! We also got two keepsake Champaign flutes. It was unbelievably easy to book and super affordable. You don't have to go for a wedding...they do all kinds of romantic getaway packages. They are also only 4.5 hours from St. Louis and 1 hour from Branson. We are already planning to go back next year 

I booked a stay in the Magical Castle for for mine and my husbands 1 year anniversary. It was absolutely amazing! We added the anniversary package and we had cake and champagne in our room waiting for us with decorations! (Cake was absolutely delicious) we loved our castle and didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back to stay with them again!!

Hubby & I escaped for a weekend getaway from Thur-Sun, our treehouse was the cutest thing ever! We stayed in the #1 Paris treehouse & seriously we enjoyed ourselves the whole time. The room was very clean, the little patio off the back was so nice to watch the Chipmunks and squirrels below us play. It was definitely a much needed get away from reality, work & our 3 kiddos. The weather was also beautiful while we were there which made it even more relaxing & fun while we were staying in the treehouse.

Eureka Springs Treehouses is usually our go to when we head to Eureka Springs. Every now and then we plan our trips a little too last minute and we aren't able to get in, but we are always happy when we can. We honeymooned in the Paris Treehouse, which was very cute, clean, and we had a sweet little congratulations basket upon arrival. We then stayed in one of the Castles for our babymoon. While we loved the Treehouse, the Castle is just amazing! I won't spoil anyone's stay with the details, but lets just say they made them a lot of fun. The area is secluded and very private. I don't think there is an employee that works for this company that isn't just as nice as can be. I seriously could rave about Eureka Springs Treehouses all day long. We've actually been here when it snowed in May, which was so unusual, and we weren't at all upset about being snowed in!

Wonderful little place to stay. Each place is separate but close together. However, you still feel secluded and away from people. It has a nice view of the woods too. My wife and I stayed in a hobbit cave for our honeymoon. It's underground and really feels like a cave (cave drawings included). I think we would stay here again.

ust wanted to let you guys know that we really enjoyed our stay at Eureka Springs Tree Houses. As a matter of fact, it may have been the best weekend we have ever had. Everything was perfect. We loved everything about our castle tree house and made so many memories.

We took lots of photos of our tree house and shared them with our friends on Facebook. We also gave them a video tour of our tree house. So, don't be surprised if you start seeing a few more guests from western Kentucky.

We had an excellent time celebrating our 22 wedding anniversary there! We highly recommend the castle treehouse! The staff was so friendly and kind! The anniversary package was worth every penny! Beautiful romantic getaway!

Fabulous experience! Everything we expected and more! Plush luxury at amazingly reasonable prices. Hospitality was outstanding! Don't be discouraged that it is not right downtown. Literally only minutes away and trolley options available. Several restaurants nearby. This will be our go to place to every Eureka Springs visit.

taying in the Kauai Grotto was such a treat for this single mom of a toddler who needed a time out for herself! I enjoyed myself so much in this very clean and unique atmosphere, and I caught up on some much needed sleep, shopped around the historic area, and relaxed in the jacuzzi while reading a book. Can't wait to return next time with my significant other, and I've shared with friends my wonderful experience here! 

Highly recommend Eureka Springs Treehouses if you're looking for a special getaway in a charming location. And, they provided a little snack basket to welcome me with once I arrived to my Grotto!

Had business in nearby town that is the home of a mega corporation. Hotel prices were absurd, so I did a search a few miles out of town. Using customer ratings as a guide, I came upon this wonder.
Treehouses, Castles, Caves. Whats your fancy? 
I chose a treehouse but did not expect much for such a low price. I was mistaken.
From the extraordinary staff, to the enchanting cottage, I was enthralled.
The staff went out of there way to help me retrieve my suitcase lost by the incompetent aairline. The room had a kitchenette complete with dinerware and complimentary snacks. This place was built for romance.
I had no desire to visit Arkansas in this lifetime. But after discovering Eureka Springs Treehouses, I will definitely fly back here to share the experience with my wife.

Couldn't have been happier with our stay in the Enchanted Forest suite. Everything was magical and really put us both in a relaxed state of mind from the minute we arrived. Our late check in was seamless, with wonderful detailed instructions on how to get to our suite. It was quiet, relaxed, and definitely enchanting. We also enjoyed several of the food recommendations given on the welcome sheet and they were all excellent. Truly a wonderful experience and we will be back soon!

This place is amazing! The staff was kind and very helpful. They even helped me find a place to eat some good chicken Alfredo. Complete with a map and all. Upon arriving at our treehouse (New York #5) I was blown away. It was beautiful, clean and cozy. They left us a hand written letter welcoming us along with a basket of snacks! (Yum). We will definitely be returning. Hopefully sooner than later.

Exceeded expectation! We stayed in a Hobbit Cave in mid-January for my husband's Birthday. The Hobbit Cave was incredibly cozy & well done. The word my husband & I kept using to describe it was LUXURIOUS! It was obvious a ton of thought went into the design. Both the tub & shower were amazing. You have complete privacy off the back balcony.

Also, leading up to our stay, they were very responsive to questions via email, which I appreciated. When we checked in, they were discrete about what type of room we were staying in--just in case it was a surprise, and they were professional about not saying out loud the amount to be paid. They have the hospitality factor down! They had hung a birthday banner, had music playing, and left us a little card & snack basket. Very personal touch! Check out was also very simple. Highly recommend. We hope to go back very soon.

To say that my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay is an understatement. From the moment we arrived, we enjoyed every minute of our time at the ESTreehouses. We were fortunate to stay in one of the castles to celebrate our 25th anniversary, and I know it is a time neither of us will ever forget. The castle was romantic and cozy and perfect for all our needs. I've been fortunate to stay in some beautiful hotels throughout this country, and I can honestly say I loved the ESTreehouses more than any of those. The layout of the castles was perfect with the incredible shower and upstairs jacuzzi and combined sitting/kitchen/bedroom area. 

We had a nice “Happy Anniversary” Banner hanging above our bed, complimentary snacks, and a handwritten note welcoming us to the treehouses and congratulating us on our anniversary.

I appreciated the gated entrance and always felt safe and secure. I did not feel the treehouses were too close to each other, and we never saw or heard from our neighbors on either side of us for the entire three days. It felt completely private to me!

The theming and attention to detail was excellent. I especially enjoyed the kitchen area with a huge “dorm size” refrigerator (it even had a freezer section), microwave, and sink area. This was perfect for the drinks, snacks, and breakfast items we brought with us. We found the bed to be comfortable. It was very cold while we were there, and we definitely utilized our fireplace which added to the ambiance and coziness of the castle.

A little extra bit of magic was that it snowed briefly the last morning of our visit. By the time we were ready to leave for lunch, the management had already salted down the walk in an effort to keep all guests safe. 

By Day 2 of our visit, we had already decided that we would be coming back. We look forward to staying in one of the caves next time and creating more incredible memories.

I stayed in one of the hobbit caves for vacation and it was perfect. It is in a quiet gated area. We were greeted in the room with music and snacks. The room was beautifully arranged with wonderful accommodations. It was the perfect spot to get away and relax. I'd highly recommend it!

We stayed here for my 30th birthday and we are already planning return trips. The gated entrance adds to the perfectly private get away to relax and recharge. Not one bad thing to say about our time spent in the Santa Fe Treehouse!

Everything we've ever imagined! This place is magical �

my husband and I stayed in a Hobbit Hole, we didn’t want to leave!! Totally took us out of reality. The room was amazing. My only “fault” was not being able to Netflix, other than that it was more than amazing!

y wife and I recently stayed in the Magical Castle Tree house for our 3rd year Anniversary...And let me tell you that is was above and beyond any of our wildest expectations. At our arrival, we were pleasantly greeted, and we instantly felt welcomed. The set up is fantastic if you are trying to surprise someone, which I was. As we entered the gate, My wife only seeing the sign at the check in, she was still in wonder until we entered and we were both amazed by all the tree houses. Then we pull up to the Castles, and ill never forget her words "OMG we're staying in a castle"! As we entered the castle we were both amazed. They really go above and beyond to make your stay as romantic as can be. I also added the romance package. And when we returned from dinner that evening the Castle was completely decorated with candles and rose petals. It was beyond beautiful. Its safe to say we spent as much time as possible in the castle. You really feel at home and don't want to leave. Overall this place in amazing, and we will definitely be back again, no question. Thanks to the staff for making this experience wonderful for us.

My wife and I just got married and decided to have our honeymoon here. Couldn't have asked for a better place. We are staying in the hobbit caves and the lighting is perfect and romantic very balanced. You're actually underground! The decor is amazing. There's drawings on the cave walls which are neat! If you haven't stayed in the caves in eureka than you haven't really lived!

My husband and I just spent a 3 day weekend in the hobbit caves. We absolutely loved it! The interior was stunning and so romantic. The scenic views from the patio and general area was beautiful and peaceful. Such a lovely getaway. Not to mention the lovely welcome basket of goodies. We will definitely be coming back to try the tree houses and castles.

Words cannot describe how amazing our experience was during our stay in the Central Park treehouse. Couldn’t imagine marrying the man of my dreams anywhere else. Perfect weekend.

My husband and I have stayed at a Hobbit Cave and the Central Park Treehouse. Both times it was our anniversary, and Don, Elaine and their crew went above and beyond to leave us a basket of snacks, a Happy Anniversary Card and hang a sign that also said Happy Anniversary! Our anniversary is in December, so they are busy decorating all the rooms for Christmas and ours both times did not disappoint. We slept by Christmas Tree light, a fire place on cold nights and it was magical both times.
If you are looking for a true "Get Away" they are watching out for you! Not only do you feel like you in a private magical place, but getting away for more than a weekend is needed to feel like you have gotten away. 
So, book your stay and let them take care of the details! They will not disappoint!

We stayed in one of the hobbit caves and it was one of the most amazing experiences. Great room. Great view. Great company in the deer hanging out outside of our porch. Would definitely love to go back.

My hubby completely surprised me for our anniversary and got us the Kauai grotto cave. It was amazing!! It was immaculate, cozy and inviting. Music was playing when we walked in...that was a nice touch, guys! They even hung a banner that said Happy Anniversary over the jacuzzi tub. The cave was nicely appointed. I drank delicious Seattle’s Best (provided by EST) coffee and simmered next to the fireplace every morning and evening. I never wanted to leave and we’ll definitely be back! <3

My husband and I stayed in the Ultimate Santa Fe Tree House for our birthdays and anniversary. (They are 3 days in a row) We had an absolutely AMAZING time! We had both been to Eureka Springs previously but had stayed other places. We both fell in love with this place immediately! The staff is wonderful. They even decorated our tree house for our birthdays and anniversary and left little extras for us to find. The experience was truly magical. I even cried a little when it was time to go because I didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back!!!

My husband Daniel and I were married here and stayed 3 wonderful nights. After we married and arrived back in our room it was very romantic with candles and rose petals placed around the room. A bottle of champagne and 2 complimentary Eureka Tree house's champagne glasses to take home. Our cottage was very clean and private. The ceremony was beautiful and they took over 150 pictures of us. I will go back every chance I get. My husband never wanted to leave and can't wait to stay next in a hobbit cave... The cost was so affordable we shopped and ate out and didn't have to stretch our budget... I highly recommend this resort. It is the best resort I have encountered here and I have been coming to Eureka Springs for over 20 yrs. .

My husband and I love this place! We have stayed multiple times over the years and we are NEVER disappointed. There is always something new added and it is the perfect getaway! The owners and all of the staff are so friendly and helpful! They really go the extra mile and pay attention to all the details!

Love the Tree house cabins. You must stay here!! It was so perfect for our 10yr anniversary. Secluded and in the woods, I loved it! They even decorated the cabin for our anniversary, who does that....no one. Best get away retreat we have ever been too. We want to come back and stay in the magical castles and the hobbit caves next!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon in one of the Hobbit caves. Our stay was amazing! We were greeted by a welcome basket and congratulations banner over the tub. We loved the peacefulness of the whole area. We have traveled quite extensively in the past year and have not stayed in another location that impressed us as much. We are looking forward to returning in the near future.

It was a wonderful , romantic 3 night stay. we were there in September, 2016. Enjoyed every minute of it. Very clean and bed was so comfortable! Very private and secluded. We stayed in a hobbit cave and will visit again!

We loved staying at the treehouse castle! It was truly a magical weekend for both of us. The trip was planned by my wife and her fairytale quickly became mine as well!
My wife and I will always remember how special our wedding day was. Tammy helped us so much when we came to meet with her during a scouting trip a month before our wedding. We stayed in the castle treehouse and it was fantastic. The castle was decorated with rose petals and candles when we got back to the room after the ceremony and it brought tears to the eyes of my new bride. The staff made it magical for us. Angela took the most amazing pictures of our wedding. I would definitely recommend the castle treehouse to anyone I talk to. We would not have changed one thing about our stay there. Our only sad moment was when we realized we had to leave to return to our busy lives in Hot Springs. We will be back for our anniversary next year!

Absolutely one of the best places I have ever stayed in my life. We stayed in the Paris Treehouse. It was so unique and warm and welcoming. The house was very clean and well kept. My husband took me for my birthday, they did an incredible job decorating for it with a cake, champagne and snacks to boot. Highly recommend!

I could not of pick a better place to spend our 7 year anniversary! With a secret passage, champagne and even a cake waiting for us when we got here! I'm in LOVE with the magical castle treehouse!

Our experience in the Santa Fe treehouse was fantastic!! The treehouse was absolutely marvelous. We arrived to find a lovely card and gift basket and a banner over the hot tub celebrating our anniversary. The staff was kind and accommodating and we had the most magical, relaxing stay. We will be returning after Christmas to try out the Hobbit Holes and I cannot wait! This place is a must-stay if you're in Eureka Springs!

Stayed in the Hobbit Caves and Tree Houses for our 5 day stay. Hobbit Cave was a fun experience being below grade. Tree Houses were above grade! Private gated entrance was good to have and the complex is secluded. If you don't know where you're going you'll miss it. Everything was clean and organized. We were able to check in early too. Wedding package was excellent and thoughtful. The marriage ceremony at the on-site chapel was quaint, simple, and memorable. We'll return for some of our future anniversaries :)

My husband and I just celebrated our 2-year anniversary in the hobbit caves! This was the coolest thing to top off our love for LOTR and all things geeky! The ultimate anniversary package is perfection and ended our anniversary getaway wonderfully! Highly recommend!

This place is perfect for a romantic getaway. The tree house is beautifully decorated. Love the jacuzzi and fireplace. You seem so socluded on the outside deck. Great spot for morning coffee or evening wine listening to the breeze blowing through all the tree surrounding you. A slice of heaven. We will be back

I booked this after searching, "unique get-a-way". I booked us in the Big Sur Treehouse for my husband's birthday. The chocolate cake was delicious. The grounds and houses are clean, tidy, and have private balconies. Everyone has been so nice and accommodating. We enjoyed the gated community feel, and guilty pleasure of kid free. :) The bed and pillows are so comfy! We will be back. I think a hobbit home for the next trip.

We stayed in a hobbit cave for our 4 year anniversary, and we very much loved every bit of it. It was intimate, whimsical, rustic, and so relaxing. We definitely plan to stay in another hobbit cave or perhaps a tree house in the near future! It was an amazing experience and the accommodations made our anniversary weekend so much more memorable and special. We walked into our little retreat with a Happy Anniversary banner and a heart made towel arrangement in the shape of swans. We were completely satisfied with our stay here, and for having something available and able to reserve last minute (the same day).
