Housekeeping- All year employment, open to people who are looking for both one or two days a week or people looking for 36 hours a week.  

We offer Vacation Pay, Partial Insurance paid, Advancement Oportunities along with many, many other perks.  Two saturday's off a month and one Sunday off per month.  Pay is $10.00 an hour, plus $1.00 bonus if all hours worked, Plus $1.00 for insurance.  After 90 days pay rate goes to $11.00 an hour (making total $13.00 an hour)

Office Person- Full time all year employment, hours 10:30-7:30 & 12-9, with two weekends off per month.  Also must cover overnight emgerency on a rotating basis (we receive about 5 calls a year and 4 people are covering overnight, so coverage approx. 1 week every four weeks). Also during bad weather you would have to stay overnight, incase you couldn't come in the next morning you would have to be here for our guests.   We offer Vacation pay, partial insurance paid, along with many, many other perks that make this job very unique.

We are expanding again and are looking for a person who is a jack of all trades, who can walk into a room and notice that things need attention and then act on that.  Someone who is not a clock watcher or who calls in sick.  Someone who has longevity with jobs in their previous employment with companies.  We are looking for someone who is very flexible, as the days off and hours will vary.  This is a career growth opportunity job and we are looking an great employee. 

Job duties:

Taking Reservations, Answering questions by website and phone, Guest check in with computer paperwork, Keeping guest database up to date through email & mail, Scheduling vendors, Wedding personnal, Maintenance, Snow removal, Purchasing supplies, Ship left items back to gues (driving your own vehicle), Handling cash & making bank deposits, Completing wedding packages, Inventory office supplies, Preforming scheduled packages up until 9PM (Packages examples taking wedding pictures and after wedding festivites etc), Handling any problems that arise with guest-always with excellant customer service, Helping with laundry, Helping with cleaning rooms when housekeeping short staffed (probably like 1 day in whole year cleaning rooms for a full day if that), Performing stayovers and checking rooms for check in when we are short staff, Supervising HK staff, Team snow shoveling, Snow blowing etc, Check on all properties (to make sure everything is up to our high standards)

Maintenance person: All year employment duties include but not limited to painting, staining, minor repairs, snow removal shoveling and using snow blower, weeding (with equipment and by hand), blowing leaves, cleaning waterfalls, power washing, mulch and rock placement, moving furniture. Must not be afraid of heights as ladder work and roof cleaning will be required. This is a year round full time job 40 hours per week approx. unless its raining then hours will be extended some days to get things done other days when its raining hours will be cut short but within the week it would be 40 hours total with no overtime. Two weekends off per month.  Days will vary each week due to mostly of the jobs outside and rain.  Must be able to get to work in the snow.

Looking for someone who can see something that needs to be done and get it done correctly with min supervision.  Looking for someone who can jack of all trades and you will be using your own car for hauling things between two locations so a truck or van or suv is needed.  Looking for someone with painting and staining and outdoor work of some sort in previous employment, not looking for a supervisor, but an actual worker who can do the job.  Looking for long term employment history. email resume to dawnestreehouses@gmail.com and include salary history.  No phone calls will be accepted.
