What is the cost of a wedding?
$89.00 if you are staying with us & $139.00 if you are not.

How many guest can I have at the wedding?
Due to Insurance contrains only up to 4 guest are allowed and cost is an extra $25.00.

Can I have a wedding at the waterfall?
Only if you are staying at Eureka Springs Treehouses.

Do you supply the marriage license?
No you have to purchase cost is $60.00 exact cash only.

The Ultimate Wedding Package $607 and includes your Ceremony, Wedding Pictures, Wedding Certificate with Couples Picture, Wedding Cake, Commemorative Keepsake glasses, Personalized Keepsake Banner, Arrival Jacuzzi Surprise Goodies and our Romance Package that consists of Rose Petals and Candles and two nights in a Treehouse!



We can accommodate up to four Wedding Guests which is an additional $25. Guests can arrive up to 15 minutes prior to the ceremony and depart right after the ceremony and picture taking. Due to insurance constraints, receptions cannot be accommodated.

To complete your special day, we recommend our most popular "Romance Package"!

...in the evening you'll return to your candlelit Cottage where Rose Petals have been sprinkled about, a bottle of the "Bubbly" waiting along with your favorite romantic CD playing softly in the background. This is the ultimate in ROMANCE and a very special way to begin your lives together.

WEDDINGS with EUREKA SPRINGS TREEHOUSE LODGING
In your confirming e-mail there will be options that you can choose from as to where & when your wedding will be.
All the below options will be available along with listed available times for your specific dates.

Your Treehouse – You can get married on your Treehouse deck or in front of your fireplace.

The Waterfall – If you are staying at a Eureka Springs Treehouse (New York, Santa Fe or a Venice Treehouse) you can get married in front of the waterfall. Located as you drive into the property, makes a pretty setting.

The Oak Crest Chapel - This is at our other location at Oak Crest Cottages & Treehouses, which is 3 miles from your Treehouse.
There is no dressing facility at the Chapel.

The Oak Crest Outdoor Wedding Pavilion - This is also at our other location Oak Crest Cottages & Treehouses. It is an intimate natural setting with fountains. (Fountains are in operation from April 15th to November 15th.)

ARKANSAS MARRIAGE LICENCE
INFORMATION

To get a marriage license in Arkansas, each individual must be over 18 years old to get married without parental consent. No blood test or waiting period is involved. You must show proper ID. The forms may be filled out at any county courthouse in the state. After ceremony, license is to be turned back into the County Clerk's office for registration.

The County Clerk's office hours in Eureka Springs are from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., except on holidays, weather permitting.

A marriage license costs $60.00 (cash only, exact change)
